CUSTOM DESIGN - Can I have something custom designed?

Yes! Yes! and Yes! Send me a message of what you are looking for and I will work with you until we are ready to make the perfect product for you. No additional fees, no deposits and no design fees. Mock-ups sent in advance. Let me know how I can help you.

RETURNS - Can I return my item?

My goal is that everyone will be happy with their purchases. So if for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me and we can work something out.

I do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of orders from our shop. If I made a mistake, I will gladly fix or repair your item as soon as possible. I follow instructions exactly as they are written on your order, so please double check the information you provide.

I will not be held accountable for items that are lost in the mail. Once I ship your order, I have no control over what USPS does. If your item is damaged or lost, please contact and I will try and help you resolve the issue.

PREVIEW - Can I see a picture of my product ahead of time?

Absolutely! I want you to be happy with your purchase, including the shapes, colors, and personalization options. I will gladly send you a digital preview (upon request). If you love it, great! If not, I will work with you to ensure that you are getting the product that you want, the way you want it! Just send me a message for your preview.

PROCESSING TIME - How long will it take to make my custom/personalized gift?

We are doing great right now! Currently, we only have a 1-3 business day processing time. As we get closer to the holidays, it may take 3-5 business days. In addition, processing time may vary slightly with the item. See the specific item description for more details. Once your item has been created, we will check it for quality and ship it out within 24 hours. If you need it any quicker, please send me a message prior to ordering. If I can meet your delivery date - I would be happy to help!
